Pricing & Securing Services

Eventz! strives to provide you with our invaluable assistance while accommodating your budget. Services are provided at package or hourly rates, depending on your individual needs & wedding plans. Please note – if you decide to use hourly services, time will be needed to review plans & contracts. With this in mind, the hourly rate does not include only the hours spent at the ceremony & reception, but also to thorough preparation to be sure everything is in order.

In order to secure the date for Eventz! services, a signed Letter of Agreement & a non-refundable retainer is requested. The second payment is due about mid-way between the initial payment & your wedding date. The final payment is due fourteen banking days prior to your wedding. Any additional hours and expenses incurred on your behalf are due upon billing.
